In order to better serve you, we have introduced a support ticket system. All requests are dealt with in a timely manner around the clock. If you submit a ticket at 9:00 pm or 9:00 am, usual response times are less than one hour. Our meantime to repair is less than 4 hours allowing that ticket submitted at 9:00 pm GMT-5 to be cleared by the time you get to the office tomorrow!
